Chuck Warrington is the creator and owner of ProCAD. Chuck graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and has been a licensed professional engineer in the state of Connecticut since 1999. He has worked in the commercial construction industry as a designer and construction administrator for the past 16 years. He has been designing residential projects for the past 10 years.

Kathleen DeFranzo brings extensive experience in the field of space planning and interior design in the commercial and residential sectors. Currently on her 25th year with commercial interior dealers, Kathleen can provide you with comprehensive interior design consulting that includes floor covering, wall covering, lighting, furniture and space planning. She will work with you to provide a beautiful space that will support the way you work and live.
What is ProCAD?
ProCAD Drafting Services was established to provide affordable drafting, design and engineering services to home owners, contractors, business owners, property managers, and other entities. The projects we target are typically smaller in nature and do not require the services of a large design firm, but still require the professional quality of a large firm.
We will provide you with plans that are easy to read and understand while being affordable and constructible as well. Our primary focus is the personal service to your project. However, we believe the success of the project relies on your input during the design of your project. Thus, we are called ProCAD Drafting Services versus ProCAD Design Services. We are here to put YOUR ideas on paper and help you formalize them into construction plans.
In addition to providing excellent plans for your project, we strive to make your project experience a positive and fun one. That experience starts with a collaborate effort between you and us to design that dream project that you’ve been thinking of. Then we work with you to find a good contractor to construct the project.
